Technical writing

Technical writing capabilities include but not limited to;

  • Establish key components of training i.e. training needs analysis, matrix’s etc.
  • Establish full comprehensive training packages for drill and blast operations
  • Review existing training documents and provide alternatives for improvements
  • Develop training documents for specific equipment
  • Design custom training packages to suit certain applications or business requirements; including aligning to relevant industry legislation and standards
  • Align training packages with resources and infrastructure industries guidelines
  • Coach and mentor site trainers in the correct use of all documents produced
  • Provide and develop training documents including resource manuals, theory and practical assessments, training plans, training guides, job descriptions, appointment letters etc.
  • All documents written for clients are aligned with units of competency and can be used as evidence for certification (conditions apply)
